Involvement with DRC task forces and committees.
Eligible for attendance at the Annual Meeting and other rights provided by Corporation Articles an By-laws.
Members are eligible for election to the Board of Directors of DRC.
Tax Deductible: Your dues and sponsorship fees are tax deductible.
Services rendered to DRC in lieu of membership dues for President and Mayor levels must be equal to or exceed 100 percent in value to the dollar in denominated dues. No in-kind services are accepted for Friends of Downtown or DRC/RCDA member levels. All in-kind services in lieu of member dues are approved by the Board of Directors.
President Level Members receive print recognition on DRC events, festivals, and directories. Print recognition may include your company logo or other brand identifier. President Member Level members represent people committed to revitalization and can provide leadership participation in DRC. Your business listed on our website with links to your webpage and email.

Mayor Level Members receive recognition in directories as published periodically. Mayor Member Level members represent people who wish to participate in the advocacy, business development, and organizational development. DRC/RCDA Member Level allows Rapid City Downtown Association members to participate in the economic development efforts of DRC as well as contributing to a stronger membership organization that represents downtown business interests.
